Bikram yoga is a sequence of 26 postures and two breathing exercises practiced in a specific order. Each class is 90mins and conducted in a heated room. The class is taught by a qualified instructor who uses specific and direct vocabulary to guide you safely through each posture. Bikram Yoga is based on scientific and medical research. It is designed to work 100 per cent of your body. Every muscle, joint, organ and major gland! A Bikram Yoga class is suitable for both beginning and advanced yoga practitioners alike.

How to prepare for class - Drink plenty of fluids (alcohol
and caffeine don’t count!!!) prior to class.
